Liberty Reef prides itself on a customer friendly and hassle free Dead on Arrival (DOA) policy. 

Please be sure to specify a shipping date in your order notes, we ship Monday-Friday!

Fish ONLY orders $48.99 flat rate shipping OR free on orders $450+.

Fish AND coral orders $299 minimum, $25 flat rate shipping

Coral ONLY orders $48.99 flat rate OR free $299+

*Saturday delivery incurs $19.99 charge

If anything in your order arrives deceased, please send 2 clear pictures in the original sealed bag under white light to (liberty.reef@outlook.com) or message us on Facebook within 2 hours of delivery..

P.S. - Please make sure to do this, we always stand behind our products but some people will attempt to take advantage of our great customer service! We don’t want to be put in an awkward situation just as much as you do! 

We now offer Shipping Delay Insurance on all orders, click here for details! 

Orders that experience a shipping carrier delay are not covered unless Shipping Delay Insurance is selected at checkout

Now.. for the disclaimers:

 
- Our standard DOA policy covers the dollar amount of items lost. Store credit will be issued and may be used for a like coral or towards anything available in store. Shipping costs are not covered under this DOA policy, nor are promotional / giveaway items.

- Many corals require time to get acclimated to a new tank. If you feel the coral is in an unstable status when it arrives, but not dead, please notify us immediately. We will do everything we can to work out a solution.

- There are no refunds or returns on live purchases. Valid DOA claims will be fulfilled via store credit on future purchases. (Unless Delay Insurance is purchased)

- We are not responsible for incorrect addresses given during checkout.

- DOA guarantee is void if the delivery is refused, if no one is available to receive the package, or if the package was not picked up from your UPS facility within 4 hours.
