How much is shipping?
Shipping is flat rate $48.99 or free on orders over $299+!
Where do you ship?
At this time we ship to the 48 contiguous states only.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship UPS Next Day Air Monday-Friday
Make sure to select a shipping date for your items when adding to cart or leave a note at checkout!
Can I add on to my order?
Yes! Select "Order Add-On" at checkout. The cutoff to add on or place an order is 12pm CT the day of shipment.
Do you offer insurance for my order?
Yes! Insurance is available on all orders for $9.99 - select delay insurance at checkout to protect your investment from carrier delays out of our control.

When are your auctions?
We host Website & Live Facebook auctions every weekend!
Website auctions go live by 10pm every Friday and end every Sunday starting @ 5pm CT.
Our Facebook Live auctions take place every Saturday @ 6pm CT from our Facebook page. Be sure to follow us!
How do I pay for my winnings?
Website auction winners receive an email with a direct link, or you can go to "Account < View Bids < Winning Bids < Checkout"
Facebook Live auctions are invoiced separately through the website, be sure to check your junk mail!
How long do I have to pay?
48 hours to pay unless previously arranged. Repeated non-payments may disqualify you from future auctions.
Can I combine auction winnings?
Yes! All orders are combined and shipped together, if the combined total is $299+ you'll qualify for free shipping.
If under $299, you'll only be charged one shipping fee.
